Delete your Twinklin account
You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time. Customers and cleaners use the same steps.
In the Twinklin app
Open the app and sign in. Go to Profile, press Delete Account, tell us why if you'd like to, and confirm.
On the website
Sign in at twinklin.app, open Settings, and press Delete account.
By email
If you can't sign in, email support@twinklin.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it.
What happens next
Your account is deleted 30 days after you ask. Until then you can change your mind by signing back in. After that, your account and the personal data linked to it, including your bookings, reviews, favourites, messages and booking photos, are erased. Our privacy policy explains the few records we keep in anonymised form, and for how long.
